Description

Decodes a DER-encoded DSAPublicKey structure.

Parameter key

DSAPublicKey provided in ASN.1 DER-encoded format

Parameter p

Public parameter p, usually transmitted in the algoritm identifier.

Public parameter q, usually transmitted in the algoritm identifier.
